DeHuan Group Successfully Hosts 2025 Team Building Event

To further strengthen team cohesion, unlock employee potential, and foster an efficient and collaborative organizational culture, DEHUAN Group successfully held its 2025 Team Building Event on November 8th. Centered around the theme “Leadership Excellence”, the event brought together group executives and team members to complete multiple interactive team-building activities in a relaxed yet challenging atmosphere. Following the official commencement, participants were randomly assigned to teams. Through lively discussions, each group collaboratively devised and presented their team name and slogan, showcasing creative energy while setting a positive tone for subsequent collaborative challenges. To enhance engagement and fun, the event featured a group competition points system. Teams accumulated points based on performance across multiple activities, with the top-scoring group receiving a special reward—further igniting competitive spirit and teamwork enthusiasm.   Throughout the activities, members actively engaged, encouraged one another, and collaborated seamlessly. This not only reflected the diligent and enterprising work ethic of DEHUAN employees but also embodied the spirit of efficient cross-departmental coordination and mutual support. As the event drew to a close, representatives from each team shared their insights. Many colleagues expressed that the team-building activities not only deepened their understanding of their colleagues but also further strengthened their sense of team spirit and responsibility. In closing remarks, the Group leader emphasized that this team-building event centered on the core theme of “Leadership Excellence” . It served not only as a challenge of physical and mental prowess but also as a profound practice of teamwork and leadership. The leader pointed out that in a complex and volatile market environment, true leadership stems not from positional authority but from the willingness to step up in critical moments, the ability to foster consensus through collaboration, and the vision and capacity to drive collective growth.   He encouraged all employees to continue demonstrating outstanding teamwork in their future work while proactively cultivating personal leadership awareness: daring to take responsibility, embracing sharing, and excelling at guidance in their roles. Through concrete actions, they should propel DEHUAN Group toward higher-quality development in the new year. He expressed hope that every DEHUAN employee would draw strength from this expansion activity, translating “leadership spirit” into work motivation and transforming team synergy into competitive advantage.   As the event concluded successfully, participants returned to their roles enriched by valuable insights and strengthened bonds, injecting renewed determination into the Group's pursuit of high-quality development.
